Barbara White Bryson FAIA EdD MBA is an author, planner, strategist, and principal for Strategic Futures at DI StrategicAdvisors.
Dr. Bryson has over 40 years of experience solving complex problems, leading teams and developing innovations in planning and construction for three major universities and for many other clients. Elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects for her work in integrated planning and named a Senior Fellow of the Design Futures Council for pursuing positive change in the design and construction industry, Barbara has authored two books including Creating a Culture of Predictable Outcomes: How Leadership, Collaboration, and Decision-Making Drive Architecture and Construction and, with co-author Canan Yetmen, The Owners Dilemma: Driving Success and Innovation in the Design and Construction Industry. Barbara is an acknowledged leader in the effective use of collaborative teams.

Fred Guiterrez
Fred Gutierrez an experienced architect and construction manager/builder currently advocating for residential owners and their project teams as the principal at ShepherdPMC consulting.
For over 30 years, Fred has enjoyed working with diverse teams collaborating on successful outcomes; rapid expansions of network facilities nationally for telecommunications companies, institutional renovations of labs, lecture halls and performance spaces at universities and private schools, restaurants and retail spaces, not for profit and government special projects. He currently uses his experience to build resilient teams that design and build custom single-family homes. Fred is the host of “Home Owners Institute,” A podcast that explores the lessons learned from industry experts and homeowners that create positives experiences and success on residential projects.
